What each plan holds.
The same numbers as the order form you sign. Your administrators are told at eight tenths of an allowance and again when it is reached, and the Usage screen shows where you stand at any time.

Prices are before VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Every invitation, password reset, receipt and payment request is sent whatever the email allowance says.

Who counts as a person?
Everybody who holds a pass during your twelve months, each counted once, however many times their badge is reprinted.
What if we go over our size?
Up to a tenth over changes nothing. Beyond that the next size applies: you pay the difference, and you hear from us before it happens, never on an invoice after.
What happens at a limit?
bluebric stops doing that one thing and says why. Nothing is charged for going over: move to a larger plan, or ask us to raise the limit.
When do we pay?
We invoice when you sign the order, due within 14 days and before your workspace opens. Nothing renews without asking you.
How does the Season plan work?
Any number of events in a year, each of up to 1,500 people. Before an event larger than that, tell us and we agree its price with you first.
Are text messages included?
Email is. Text messages are charged per message, and for now they reach UK mobile numbers only.
Do we need hardware?
No. The phones you have check the gate, and badges print on your own printer or as a PDF for the print shop. Card printers, blank cards and scanning phones are available for hire or purchase, priced separately; order at least three weeks before your event.
Can our data be hosted outside the UK?
Yes, in the Amazon Web Services region you choose, priced on its own. London is standard, with backups copied to Ireland.
More than 3,000 people?
Talk to us, and we will price your event before anything is signed.
Running events for other organisers?
A plan is for events your own organisation runs. Running events for others with bluebric, or reselling it, needs a separate agreement with us.
